# Preview files

When you open the download page, the preview of the first file is displayed.\
To preview another file, click on the file name or on the preview icon (<img src="/files/4iskdw0rGx8C5ArX3zMO" alt="" data-size="line">).\
When you are done, click on "Show x hidden files" to show all files from the transfer again.

## Supported file formats

The following file formats can be previewed, up to a size of 250 MB. Larger files can't be previewed.

Usually it takes up to five minutes after the files are uploaded for previews to appear. However, it may take longer if the workload is high.

## Fullscreen and zoom

All formats except video files can be viewed in full by clicking on the <img src="/files/v1GPunreLvy42e0ZQUEx" alt="" data-size="line"> button in the upper left corner. For files, you can also zoom in and out of the document using the <img src="/files/Tv1AnR4anb5mYwUseJYO" alt="" data-size="line">zoom buttons.
